Women are jugglers.
Kids, home-life, work, family, friends… these things bring us purpose and joy but can also create stress and chaos when not properly balanced.

Overwhelm is a big issue for many of my clients. As women we try to do everything and hold ourselves to an impossible standard – then feel anxiety about our abilities and second-guess if we have done a good enough job.
